The John Thurman Field project involves compliance with Professional Development League (PDL) standards in collaboration with the Seattle Mariners and the City of Modesto. MCK provided cost estimating services for facility upgrades required to meet Major League Baseball's updated standards.

 

The scope included the construction of a new clubhouse while repurposing the existing one for visiting teams, as well as updating the visitor clubhouse and umpire locker rooms.
